To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, please write to us at inquiries@antaralife.com and let us know you are sending in a return. You should mail your product to: Antara Life, 148 Mercer St 3rd fl, New York NY 10012. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will reply to your email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be applied to your credit card. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary between credit card issuers.

Exchanges: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at inquiries@antaralife.com.
